Position: Beverage Specialist
Job Description
As a Beverage Specialist at Frio To Go, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while operating our Margarita Machines at various events. Your duties will include setting up and maintaining the machines, preparing and serving beverages, and interacting with customers to ensure their satisfaction. You will also be responsible for keeping track of inventory and providing feedback to improve our service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Margarita Machines at events and ensure they are functioning properly
- Prepare and serve a variety of frozen beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and suggestions for improvement
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
