Position: Healthcare Consultant

As a Healthcare Consultant at Frontera Strategies, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of medical service organizations, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of our clients’ operations, financial performance, and patient experiences
• Developing and implementing customized solutions to address our clients’ specific needs and challenges
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to help our clients achieve sustainable results and long-term success

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare administration, or a related field
• A strong understanding of healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• A passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare industry
• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
