Position: Juice Production Supervisor
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Department: Production
Reports To: Production Manager
Job Description
Fruit Drinks USA is currently looking for a Juice Production Supervisor to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production of our fruit juices, ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers involved in juice production
- Ensure that all production processes are carried out according to company standards and in compliance with relevant regulations
- Monitor production output and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Train and mentor production workers to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills required to perform their roles effectively
- Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure that all products meet our quality standards
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that production schedules are met
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a food production environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
