Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Agent at Fuentes Insurance, you will be responsible for selling a range of insurance products to individual and business customers. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, processing policy applications, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Educate clients on different types of insurance products and coverage options
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and close sales
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Insurance license preferred but not required (we will provide training and support for licensing)
