Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of remodeling projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Create project schedules and budgets and ensure adherence to them
• Inspect work sites regularly to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Contractor in the construction industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
