Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate at Furniture Basix Outlet, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their furniture selections, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a strong desire to help customers find the perfect pieces for their homes.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
– Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products
– Keep the showroom clean and organized at all times

Qualifications:

– Previous retail sales experience preferred
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic knowledge of furniture and design
– High school diploma or equivalent

Visual Merchandiser

We are also looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that showcase our furniture products in an attractive and engaging way. The ideal candidate will have a creative eye for design, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating inviting spaces.

Responsibilities:

– Design and set up displays to highlight featured products
– Create visually appealing arrangements that attract customers’ attention
– Monitor and maintain the visual presentation of the showroom
– Collaborate with the sales team to promote featured products
– Stay up-to-date on current design trends and incorporate them into displays

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in visual merchandising or interior design
– Strong creative and artistic abilities
– Excellent attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of furniture and home decor trends
