Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Agent at Futurity First Insurance Group, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and guiding them through the process of selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. Your primary goal will be to help clients protect their assets and provide financial security for their future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new clients through networking and referrals
• Educate clients on the different types of insurance products available
• Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes to clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensed insurance agent or willingness to obtain license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
