We are Hiring: Building Contractor

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Building Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. As a Building Contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to final inspection and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the construction process, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers throughout the project.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• OSHA certification (preferred).
