About the Role

As a Sales Associate at G H X Industrial, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will assist customers in finding the right products for their needs, answer their questions, and provide guidance on product usage. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and assisting with inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide product information
• Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Restock shelves and ensure inventory levels are adequate
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hardware products is a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• High school diploma or equivalent
