Position: Legal Service Plans Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Legal Service Plans Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth implementation and management of our legal service plans, and is a key point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the enrollment of new clients into our legal service plans
• Act as a primary contact for clients regarding plan details, benefits, and services
• Work closely with our legal team to ensure timely and accurate provision of legal services
• Monitor and track client interactions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies to promote our legal service plans
• Handle any client issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
