Position: Beauty Salon Manager

Gallery Of Salons is a leading beauty salon chain that offers a wide range of services including hair styling, facials, massages, nails, and more. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Beauty Salon Manager to join our team at our flagship location in downtown New York City.

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to keep the salon fully stocked.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Stay current on industry trends and introduce new services or products to enhance the salon’s offerings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the beauty industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
