Job Title: Garage Door Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of garage door issues, including broken springs, malfunctioning openers, and damaged panels
• Install new garage doors and openers according to manufacturer specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on garage doors to ensure optimal functionality
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and invoices

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in garage door repair and installation
• Familiarity with a variety of garage door brands and models
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
