Position: Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and other legal papers
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients

Qualifications:

• Bar admission in the state of California
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in family law or estate planning
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
