Position: Psychologist

As a psychologist at Garland, Beth, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals experiencing mental health issues. We are seeking a licensed psychologist with a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting psychological assessments to diagnose mental health conditions
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Providing evidence-based therapy to clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other modalities
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Participating in regular supervision and continuing education to stay current in the field

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited program
• Current license to practice psychology in the state
• Experience working with individuals with mental health issues
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
