Position: Handyman Services Technician

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman Services Technician to join our team. As a Handyman Services Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general home repair.

Responsibilities:

• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and flooring installation
• Repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures
• Installing and repairing electrical fixtures and appliances
• Troubleshooting and fixing HVAC systems
• Completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
