Position: Collection Agent
As a Collection Agent at GC Services, you will be responsible for contacting individuals who have outstanding debts and working with them to secure payment arrangements. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our clients’ bottom line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to individuals with delinquent accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement offers
- Document all communication and activity in the company’s system
- Adhere to all compliance regulations and company policies
- Meet and exceed collection targets and quotas
Requirements:
- Prior experience in collections or customer service preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
