Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to discuss outstanding debts
- Negotiating payment arrangements
- Documenting all customer interactions in our system
- Adhering to federal and state regulations related to debt collection
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in collections or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations is a plus
