We are hiring for the following position in our Medical Labs department:
Position: Genetic Testing Lab Technician
Location: Chicago, IL
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
– Perform genetic testing procedures following established protocols
– Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
– Ensure accuracy and quality control of test results
– Assist in the development and validation of new testing procedures
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth lab operations
– Maintain accurate records of tests performed
– Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Genetics, or related field
– Previous experience working in a medical lab setting preferred
– Knowledge of genetic testing techniques and procedures
– Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
