Job Descriptions

Machine Shop Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing a team. Responsibilities include:

• Supervise machine shop staff and ensure production targets are met
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow
• Implement safety protocols and quality control measures

CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in operating CNC machines, reading blueprints, and performing precision machining. Responsibilities include:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality control
• Troubleshoot machine errors and perform routine maintenance

Welder/Fabricator

We are hiring Welder/Fabricators to work on a variety of metal fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication techniques, and be able to read and interpret blueprints. Responsibilities include:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on a variety of metals
• Fabricate parts using various metalworking tools and equipment
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications

Steel Fabrication Technician

We are looking for Steel Fabrication Technicians to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in steel fabrication, knowledge of cutting and shaping techniques, and the ability to work with a variety of metals. Responsibilities include:

• Cut, shape, and assemble steel components according to blueprints
• Operate metalworking machinery such as shears, presses, and saws
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality

Steel Warehouse Associate

We are seeking Steel Warehouse Associates to help with the organization and management of our steel inventory. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, be detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include:

• Receive and store steel products in the warehouse
• Pick and package orders for shipping
