Job Title: Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of real estate loans
• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, bank officers, and builders
• Review loan agreements to ensure completeness and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending
• Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Must be licensed as a Mortgage Loan Officer
