Position: Restaurant Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Gerry’s Grill. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and leading a team to success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Train and supervise staff members
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Manage inventory and ensure supplies are well-stocked
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
