Position Overview

As an estate planning attorney at Gerstner Karen S & Associates, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to estate planning, asset protection, and trust administration. Your primary responsibilities will include:

– Developing customized estate plans based on clients’ individual needs and goals
– Drafting legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
– Advising clients on tax implications and strategies to minimize estate taxes
– Representing clients in probate and trust administration proceedings
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referral sources

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

– Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
– Admission to the state bar and in good standing
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning and probate law
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
