We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Line Cook

We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to prepare delicious meals according to our recipes. The ideal candidate will be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multitasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Requirements:

• Proven cooking experience
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Precision and speed in executing tasks
• Familiar with industry’s best practices
• Culinary school diploma is a plus
