New Car Dealership Sales Associate

Giant Auto Mart, one of the leading new car dealerships in the area, is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Associate to join our winning team. Our dealership has been serving customers for over 20 years, providing top-notch customer service and a wide selection of vehicles to choose from. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting their dream vehicle from our showroom.
• Provide information about vehicle features, financing options, and after-sales services.
• Negotiate prices and provide quotes to customers.
• Coordinate vehicle test drives and accompany customers on their test drives.
• Close sales and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and follow up with customers post-sale.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of vehicles and their features is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Used Car Dealership Service Technician

Are you a skilled Service Technician with a passion for working on cars? Giant Auto Mart is looking for a talented individual to join our team at our used car dealership. We pride ourselves on providing top-quality service and maintenance to our customers’ vehicles. If you have experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, then this is the job for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles.
• Diagnostics and repairs of mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Document all work performed and communicate with Service Advisors and customers.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician.
• Certification from an accredited automotive training program is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
