Position: Recruitment Consultant

Job Description:

As a Recruitment Consultant at Gibson Arnold & Associates Inc, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential candidates for job opportunities within our client companies. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with job seekers, understanding their career goals, and matching them with the right job openings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting candidate searches through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networking sites
• Screening and interviewing potential candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and job preferences
• Presenting qualified candidates to client companies and facilitating the interview process
• Negotiating job offers and assisting with the onboarding process for successful candidates
• Maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
