Position: Youth Pastor

Job Description:

– Lead and oversee all youth ministry programs and activities
– Develop and implement impactful youth outreach initiatives
– Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship for youth members
– Organize and coordinate youth events, including retreats, camps, and community service projects
– Build relationships with youth members and their families
– Collaborate with church leadership to align youth ministry with overall church vision and goals
– Recruit, train, and support volunteers for youth ministry programs
– Stay updated on trends in youth culture and ministry best practices

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in ministry, theology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
– 3+ years of experience in youth ministry leadership
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Deep understanding of biblical teachings and Christian values
– Ability to mentor and disciple youth members
– Passion for serving and empowering young people
– Team player with strong leadership abilities
– Commitment to personal spiritual growth and ongoing learning
