We are currently looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. If you are passionate about cooking and have a strong background in Asian cuisine, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a busy restaurant setting
- Thorough understanding of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Food Handler’s certification is a plus
