Criminal Law Attorneys Wanted

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various criminal cases, including but not limited to DUI, drug offenses, domestic violence, and more.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build a strong defense strategy.
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions.
• Negotiate plea deals and settlements with prosecutors.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing criminal law.
• Strong litigation skills and courtroom experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging and high-profile cases under the guidance of seasoned appellate attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle appellate cases from start to finish, including drafting briefs, conducting legal research, and presenting oral arguments.
• Review trial records and identify legal issues for appeal.
• Collaborate with trial attorneys to develop appellate strategies.
• Persuasively advocate for clients in state and federal appellate courts.
• Stay up-to-date on appellate law developments and precedents.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in appellate practice.
• Demonstrated success in handling appeals and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of appellate court procedures and rules.
