Position: Windshield Repair Technician

Glass On Time is a leading provider of auto glass repair and replacement services in the greater metropolitan area. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service to ensure safety and satisfaction for our clients. We are currently looking to expand our team by hiring a Windshield Repair Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Repair chips and cracks in windshields using industry-standard techniques
• Replace damaged windshields when necessary
• Inspect vehicles to determine the extent of the damage and provide accurate estimates
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
• Communicate with customers to explain the repair process and answer any questions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in windshield repair or auto glass replacement
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
