Position: Server

As a Server at Gloria’s Latin Cuisine, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
– Greeting guests and taking their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
– Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately
– Providing recommendations on menu items and specials
– Ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests
– Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

– Previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Knowledge of Latin American cuisine is a plus

Position: Line Cook

Our Line Cooks are essential members of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and care. Key responsibilities include:
– Preparing ingredients for cooking, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning
– Cooking dishes according to recipes and ensuring high quality and presentation standards
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
– Working collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant setting
– Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
– Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
– Attention to detail and a passion for cooking
– Knowledge of Latin American cuisine is a plus

Position: Bartender

We are looking for talented Bartenders to join our team and craft delicious cocktails that complement our Latin American menu. As a Bartender, your responsibilities will include:
– Mixing and serving a variety of drinks, including classic cocktails and specialty beverages
– Providing exceptional customer service to guests at the bar
– Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
– Collaborating with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Bartender in a busy restaurant or bar
– Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beer/wine offerings
– Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– TABC certification required
