Position: Youth Pastor

Here at Gloryland Assembly of God, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Pastor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly youth services, providing engaging and relevant teachings
• Organize and oversee youth group activities, including retreats, mission trips, and community service projects
• Mentor and disciple youth members, fostering spiritual growth and personal development
• Collaborate with church leadership to integrate youth ministry into overall church programming
• Build relationships with parents and families of youth members, providing support and guidance
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with youth ministry programs and events

Qualifications:

• A strong commitment to the Christian faith and a passion for working with youth
• Previous experience in youth ministry or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and connect with young people from diverse backgrounds
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong leadership abilities
• Familiarity with current trends and issues affecting youth culture
