Job Title: Director of Music Ministry

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as the Director of Music Ministry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our music ministry, including directing the choir, organizing music for services, and helping to create a worshipful atmosphere through music.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the choir during rehearsals and services
• Select and arrange music for worship services
• Collaborate with the pastor and other ministry leaders to plan and execute special music events
• Recruit and train choir members
• Lead congregational singing during services
• Participate in staff meetings and other church events

Qualifications:

• Strong musical background, preferably in choral directing
• Experience working in a church setting
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• Passion for music ministry and worship
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
