Job Title: Home Health Caregiver

Job Description:

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist clients with mobility and transportation to medical appointments or social outings
• Administer medications and assist with medical treatments as needed
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishes
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Document care provided and communicate with the care team as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in home health care or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
