Job Title: Accident & Personal Injury Attorney

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Accident & Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of the legal system. This position will involve handling a caseload of personal injury cases, representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, and working closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediations
• Collaborate with our team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients
• Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Demonstrated success in negotiating settlements and litigating cases
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
