Responsibilities:

• Develop leads and sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Educate clients on various insurance products and services offered by the agency
• Analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions with clients
• Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve company goals

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
• Must have a valid insurance license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
