Job Description:

As the Outreach Coordinator at Good Shepherd House of Prayer, you will play a vital role in connecting with the local community and coordinating social service programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage with the community members in need of assistance
• Building relationships with local organizations, churches, and government agencies to collaborate on social service initiatives
• Assessing the needs of individuals and families in the community and providing appropriate resources and support
• Organizing events, workshops, and support groups to address specific social service needs within the community
• Creating and maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, program outcomes, and community partnerships
• Collaborating with the program team to evaluate the effectiveness of social service programs and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:
