Grace Church International is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Pastor. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our young people and contribute to the growth and development of our church community.

Job Title: Youth Pastor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the youth ministry program
• Create and deliver engaging and relevant youth-focused worship services
• Provide pastoral care and support to young people facing challenges
• Organize and coordinate youth events, activities, and service projects
• Build relationships with youth and their families to foster a sense of community

Qualifications:

• Strong personal commitment to Christian faith and values
• Prior experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire others, especially young people
• Strong organizational and time management skills
