Position: General Contractor

We are currently seeking an experienced General Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Oversee all onsite activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets
• Create and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and payment requests

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting, with a focus on residential and commercial projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Current contractor’s license and OSHA certification

Position: Real Estate Developer

We are also looking for a dynamic Real Estate Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, zoning regulations, and financial analysis, as well as a proven track record of successfully bringing real estate projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential real estate development opportunities
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to determine project feasibility
• Negotiate land acquisitions, financing, and partnership agreements
• Oversee the design, permitting, and construction phases of real estate projects
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure profitability and success

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on residential and commercial projects
• Demonstrated success in identifying and executing profitable real estate projects
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
