Job Title: Machine Shop Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor various machines, such as lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce parts with tight tolerances
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a machine shop environment
• Proficient in operating a variety of machining equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
