Position: Baker

Responsibilities:

• Mixing, shaping, and baking various types of cakes, pastries, and desserts
• Following recipes and ensuring consistency in product quality
• Decorating cakes and pastries according to company standards
• Keeping workstations clean and organized
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Collaborating with team members and providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a bakery or kitchen environment
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
