Job Responsibilities:

As an attorney at Graves & Graves, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of legal service plan clients, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of legal issues, including estate planning, real estate transactions, and family law matters.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and staff members to ensure that each client receives the highest level of legal representation.
• Participating in firm meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance your legal skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in the areas of estate planning, real estate, or family law
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
