We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Worship Leader.

Job Title: Worship Leader

Job Type: Part-time

– 20 hours per week
– Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
– Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the congregation in worship through song, prayer, and reflection
• Select and plan music for services that align with the church’s mission and values
• Coordinate with musicians, singers, and other worship team members to ensure a seamless and uplifting worship experience
• Work closely with the Pastor to integrate worship into the overall church program
• Embrace and promote diversity in worship styles and traditions
• Participate in rehearsals, sound checks, and other worship-related activities
• Provide pastoral care and support to members of the congregation

Qualifications

• Experience leading worship in a church or similar setting
• Strong vocal and musical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Passion for creating a worshipful atmosphere
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Apostolic traditions and beliefs
