Position: Youth Pastor

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Youth Pastor to join our team and lead our youth ministry program. The ideal candidate will have a strong faith in Jesus Christ, a passion for working with youth, and excellent communication and leadership skills. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead youth ministry programs and activities
• Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to young members of the congregation
• Organize and coordinate youth events, retreats, and outreach programs
• Collaborate with church leadership to integrate youth ministry into overall church programs
• Build relationships with youth and their families to foster a sense of community and belonging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Youth Ministry, or related field
• Experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Strong faith in Jesus Christ and commitment to the teachings of the Bible
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with church leadership and volunteers
