Music Director

Do you have a gift for music and a heart for worship? We are seeking a talented individual to lead our music ministry. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading worship services, coordinating music teams, and selecting appropriate music for our church community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead worship services and rehearsals
• Recruit and train music team members
• Select music for services
• Collaborate with pastors and staff

Requirements:

• Experience in music ministry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for worship
• Ability to work in a team environment

Youth Pastor

Are you passionate about working with young people and helping them grow in their faith? We are looking for a dedicated individual to lead our youth ministry. The ideal candidate will have a heart for youth and a desire to mentor and disciple young people in their spiritual journey.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead youth events and activities
• Disciple and mentor youth members
• Coordinate youth programs and outreach
• Build relationships with youth and their families

Requirements:

• Experience in youth ministry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Administrative Assistant

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and have a heart for serving others? We are in need of an administrative assistant to support our pastors and staff in the day-to-day operations of the church. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a passion for serving in a ministry setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office tasks and communications
• Coordinate church events and scheduling
• Assist with administrative duties as needed
• Support pastors and staff as directed

Requirements:

• Experience in administrative support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Facilities Manager

Do you have experience in facilities management and a passion for maintaining a welcoming and safe environment? We are seeking a facilities manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our church facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, be able to manage a team, and ensure the church is well-maintained and safe for all who enter.

Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance and repairs of church facilities
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Ensure facilities are clean and safe for all who enter
• Supervise facilities staff and volunteers

Requirements:

• Experience in facilities management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of building maintenance and safety regulations
• Ability to manage a team and work independently
