Position: Youth Pastor

Job Description:

As the Youth Pastor at Greater True Light Baptist Church, you will play a crucial role in shaping the spiritual development and growth of our young congregation members. You will be responsible for leading youth services, organizing youth group events, and providing mentorship to our young members. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Baptist teachings, and a passion for working with youth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead youth programs and activities
• Provide mentorship and counseling to youth members
• Organize and lead youth group meetings and events
• Collaborate with other church leaders to integrate youth into the overall church community
• Support the spiritual growth and development of all youth members

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Baptist teachings and beliefs
• Past experience working with youth in a church setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of youth members
• Flexibility and creativity in developing innovative youth programs
