Job Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in immigration law cases
• Assist clients with visa applications, green card petitions, naturalization, and other immigration-related matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
• Prepare and file legal documents with government agencies
• Attend court hearings, interviews, and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and client records

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience practicing immigration law
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services
