Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Green Garden, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Asian dishes, including traditional Chinese favorites and contemporary creations. You will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that each dish meets our high standards of quality and taste. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possess a strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to Green Garden’s recipes and standards
• Assist in the development of new menu items
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook in a Chinese or Asian restaurant
• Strong knowledge of Asian ingredients and cooking techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Certification in food handling and safety is a plus

Position: Server

As a Server at Green Garden, you will be the face of the restaurant, providing friendly and attentive service to our guests. You will take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure that customers have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
• Provide recommendations on menu items
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Server in a high-volume restaurant
• Excellent knowledge of Asian cuisine and beverages
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• TIPS certification is a plus

Position: Dishwasher

Green Garden is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen. You will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, pots, and pans by hand or using dishwashers
• Ensure that all dishes are clean and sanitized
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and free of clutter
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and organization tasks
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher in a restaurant setting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures
