Position: Youth Ministries Coordinator

Job Description:

As the Youth Ministries Coordinator at Green Meadow Missionary Baptist Church, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our youth programs and activities. This includes coordinating weekly youth group meetings, organizing special events and outings, and developing curriculum for educational and spiritual growth. You will work closely with our youth members to provide mentorship, guidance, and support as they navigate their faith journey.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead engaging and educational youth group meetings
• Organize and execute special events, retreats, and outings for youth members
• Develop and implement curriculum for youth education and spiritual growth
• Build relationships with youth members to provide support and mentorship
• Collaborate with church leadership to align youth programs with overall mission and values

Qualifications:

• Strong commitment to the Christian faith and the mission of Green Meadow Missionary Baptist Church
• Prior experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and execute engaging and meaningful youth programs
• Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for working with young people
