Job Title: Collections Specialist

Job Description:

As a Collections Specialist at Greenberg, Grant & Richards, you will be responsible for contacting individuals or businesses who have outstanding debts and negotiating payment arrangements. You will work closely with our clients to recover delinquent accounts and strategize on the best approach for successful debt collection. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

• Make outbound calls to debtors and establish repayment plans
• Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements
• Update account information and maintain accurate records
• Handle incoming calls from debtors and address inquiries
• Adhere to compliance standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in collections or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with collection software is a plus
