Position: Nursery Grower

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Nursery Grower to join our team at Greenhouse Villas. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about plants and trees, with a deep understanding of horticulture and sustainable growing practices. The Nursery Grower will be responsible for cultivating and caring for a wide variety of plant species to ensure they meet our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the growing process of plants and trees in our nurseries
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of plant inventory
• Monitor plant health and growth, identifying and addressing any issues
• Implement sustainable growing practices to minimize environmental impact
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
• Assist in harvesting and packaging plants for distribution

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursery or greenhouse management
• Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant production
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions
